Instructor Janine has been nordic walking and running since 2005 and has mentored and coached many folks from couch potatoes to multi activity mentalists!

3J Fitness is not another fitness group, it’s the path to a greater life. There are a variety of structured fun group classes or indiviual walking fitness programs that take you out of your comfort zone or just release every day stresses. We cater for all ages, shapes and abilities, listening to whay you need and want. We also advise on nutrition and weight loss.
