We are a friendly group of instructors of love to share their passion for Nordic Walking and helping people to achieve their goals. Nothing make us happier than to see someone learn about Nordic Walking, fall in love with it and then use it hit their personal weight loss or fitness goals.
You don’t have to be a member and you will always be welcome. Nordic Walking is great fun and our instructors will not only ensure that you reach your health goals but that you have a great time doing it! You will learn all you need to know in a relaxed friendly atmosphere with the Learn To Nordic Walk course.

Instructor Janine has been nordic walking and running since 2005 and has mentored and coached many folks from couch potatoes to multi activity mentalists!
3J Fitness is not another fitness group, it’s the path to a greater life. There are a variety of structured fun group classes or indiviual walking fitness programs that take you out of your comfort zone or just release every day stresses. We cater for all ages, shapes and abilities, listening to whay you need and want. We also advise on nutrition and weight loss.

Clare previously worked in an educational setting for over 20 years as a primary school teacher and now as an educational proof-reader and resources writer.
Nordic Walking enables Clare to balance her work writing with her love of the outdoors, wellbeing and fitness. She teaches Nordic Walking classes and leads walks in the parks and green spaces of East Berkshire.
